What happens next

Jimenez Julien reads every request personally and replies within one business day, usually the same day if you wrote in the morning Eastern time. The reply comes from a real address you can answer directly, not from a no reply sender. If you asked for a demo, that message will include two or three time slots and a short list of things worth having to hand: your chapter count, your fiscal year start and the reporting your sponsor expects.

If you need the security packet

Say so in your reply and it will be sent the same day, including the hosting description, the data flow diagram and the standard data processing terms. Program offices in financial services and health care usually want this before the demo rather than after, which is fine.

While you wait
